Can you tell by the photo above that I have fun stamping? Ten years ago, I never would have believed the fun and exciting "Ride" my husband and I would have compliments of Stampin' up.
I joined Stampin' Up just to get the discount and purchase the stamps, then I was going to quit. Obviously, I didn't quit. Here is what has happened over the last several years.
So far, I have:
This is a lot for a gal that said she was going to quit as soon as she did enough workshops to pay off her kit and purchase the she wanted at discount. Here are some of the reasons I haven't.
- Stampin' up is a great business that molds to your life style and is structured to grow with you. Many years I did just enough to meet my quota. When my friends started to earn the Stampin' up cruise that was when I thought if they could do it, so could I. So, I started to set goals and map out how to get there. I did have a few roadblocks, but with detours here and there, I was still able to achieve them.
- It is not all about the money. I can not put a dollar value on the good friends I have made through stamping and the lives that have been touched. My moment of happiness is when I see the joy in the eyes of those that are looking at their project they just stamped and I hear them say, "I can't believe I did this. I have to show so and so they will be so impressed too". I can totally relate because even though I took 4 years of art in school, I still cannot draw. Stampin' up makes it so easy to create beautiful projects!

My husband was in the military, so this has meant a lot of moving. This business moved right along with me. And with each move, I did have to start to build my business all over and over again. So, I am proof it can be done.
Stampin' Up is the perfect business that can grow with you because it doesn't matter if you are a "Hobby" stamper or just want the discount like I did when I started or you want to take it to the next level and have stamping start earning you money. You are your own boss and when you set goals and start mapping out where you want to go, and you can start to enjoy the Stampin' up "Ride" just like we have.
